How much does Stafforahr cost?

Some of my staff don't have smartphones. Will it work?
Yes. Put a face kiosk (one shared phone or tablet) at the gate, connect your BioMax biometric machine, or let a manager mark attendance for the team.
Can people fake their attendance?
Selfie punches are matched to the person's face, the location is checked against your geofence, and the photo is kept with the punch. You can also require approval for app punches before they count.
What if there's no internet at the site?
Punches are saved on the device and synced when the connection is back, with the real punch time kept.
Do you calculate PF, ESI, PT and TDS?
Yes. PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and TDS are worked out in the payroll run, with presets for 12 states and reminders before due dates. You still file and pay the challans yourself.
Do you pay salaries for us?
No. Stafforahr works out salaries and records how you paid them, by cash, bank or UPI. The money moves through your bank as it does today.
Will it work with my biometric machine?
Stafforahr connects to BioMax devices and pulls their logs on a schedule. If you use another brand, tell us the model and we'll let you know.
We run rotating and night shifts. Is that a problem?
No. Set up single, rotating or open shifts, plan rosters by person and date, and import them from Excel.
Can managers see only their own team?
Yes. Access can be limited to a branch, a department or just the person's own records, with custom roles on top.
We have more than one branch, or more than one company.
Both work. Add branches and departments to one company, or switch between companies you own from the same login.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes. Attendance and payroll reports export to Excel and PDF, and your data stays yours.
